Learn the “rules” so you know how to break them! Ha ha! Just kidding! Though there’s wisdom in that! We suggest approaching your program relaxed, at ease, and simply doing your best. In other words, best not to be rigid about it – it’s just no fun, and you may not get your needs meet in the long run.
