Max Mandia

Max came as a student on retreat in 2013.  Since then, he has become an Indonesian chef and teaching star in the vegan and culinary world.  He opened Burgeens, Jakarta's first Organic Healthy Eatery & Catering and social enterprise in 2013 as well.  
He's doing amazing things for his people and beyond. If you haven't already, I'm sure you'll be hearing about him internationally as well.  Watch out for Max!
